In celebration of the highly anticipated 2026 FIFA World Cup games hosted at AT&T Stadium, the Arlington Museum of Art is thrilled to announce More Than a Match, an ultimate fan experience comprising of 4 exhilarating exhibitions that spotlight the rich world of Soccer and the vibrant culture of its passionate fans. 

Visitors can look forward to engaging, immersive installations that blend art and history, inviting fans to delve into the passion, rivalry, and camaraderie that define the sport. The exhibitions will take visitors on a captivating journey through the history of the FIFA World Cup, featuring historic maps representing the participating countries in the 2026 FIFA World Cup, a collection of team memorabilia from past World Cup competitors, as well as recollections of legendary matches and iconic players. Additionally, the understated fiber artistry of fan soccer scarves will be on display in a community installation, along with a curated exhibit of contemporary artworks centered around the sport and its global influence on society.
