How to Get Started
- Deploy to Your Organization: Your organization must have an active Benevolate account. An administrator enables Device Access in the Benevolate Admin Portal.
- Download the iOS App: Install the Benevolate app from the Apple App Store onto your compatible iPhone running iOS 17.0 or later.
- Sign In & Enable Biometrics: Enter your authorized staff credentials. Enable Face ID or Touch ID for rapid, secure access on future sessions.
Privacy, Safety & Data Protection
Benevolate is built on strict data privacy principles. We respect the sensitivity of donor records, pastoral conversations, and organizational workflows.
- Zero Third-Party Tracking: We do not sell user data, track users across third-party websites, or use advertising identifiers.
- On-Device Encryption: Authentication tokens are stored securely in Apple's Secure Enclave Keychain.
- Permission Transparency: Camera permissions are used strictly for scanning QR tickets. Microphone and speech recognition permissions are used only when you choose to dictate a voice note.
