Fees depend on your organization and agreement:

Synagogues pay a monthly Core fee
Transaction fees apply to all payments except checks
Premium features may require additional fees
All fees are clearly disclosed before processing

Payment Processing

We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely. By using our payment features, you agree to the terms of service of our payment processors.

Refunds

Transaction fees are generally non-refundable. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to processing fees.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Benevolate and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to our platform. By using our service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Third-Party Content

Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Benevolate and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

Your use of the service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data, though we will provide reasonable notice and opportunity to export your data.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
