Is this a native App Store app?
Member-facing access is the Benevolate portal (including adding Benevolate to a phone home screen). See /mobile-app for the home-screen steps. We do not market a separate App Store binary unless that is what you actually have.
Can members pay a balance without calling the office?
Yes. Invoices, partial payments, pay-in-full, receipts, and recurring plans are meant to live in the portal, the same ledger staff already see.
Do household updates write back to Benevolate?
They should. An address, phone number, or family change in the portal is a change to the household record administrators use, not a nightly import from a member app.
