Forms

A form should do something after someone submits it.

Most forms collect information. Benevolate forms put it to work, CRM, payment, registration, and confirmation from the same submission.

What happens after submit

A registration goes on the form. Then the household, payment, and confirmation update without a second system. Outcomes depend on the fields and workflow you configure.

The problem

Most forms collect information. Too many stop there.

A disconnected form database means exporting, importing, and hoping the person who submitted already exists in your CRM.

One submit

The button splits the work. Staff do not retype it.

FAQ

Questions teams actually ask

Can forms be conditional?

Where conditional behavior is enabled in the builder, we will show it on a demo rather than overclaim it here. The non-negotiable is that submissions write into Benevolate.

Can a form take a payment?

Yes. A paid form should post the payment with a reason, not send staff to reconcile a processor email against a Typeform inbox.

Do submissions create or update a CRM record?

That is the point. A form should write the person you already have, or create them once, not become a disconnected form database.
