A Modern Approach to Museum Operations
Hosted by Benevolate × Arlington Museum of Art (AMA)
Who it is for
Museum and nonprofit operators.
The event is designed for museum and nonprofit professionals who want to see how technology can simplify everyday operations, connect previously fragmented work, improve engagement, and give staff more time to focus on their mission.
Rather than a standard software sales demo, the session is centered on Arlington Museum of Art as a real-world example. The AMA team will discuss the operational challenges that led them to Benevolate, how they use the platform today, and what their experience has been like.
The live demonstration is intended to focus on actual museum use cases rather than running through every Benevolate feature. The planned session is approximately 45 minutes.
Agenda
Approximately 45 minutes.
- 1:00–1:03 Welcome and introduction
- 1:03–1:08 Common operational challenges facing museums
